SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all of our wreaths within 2-3 working days.
All wreaths will be sent securely packaged via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for postage. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class signed for postage for an additional fee, please select this option at checkout if required.
RETURNS POLICY
We aim to sell only the best quality wreaths, however, if you do have an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours of your wreath arriving and we'll try our very best to fix this. Likewise, if your item unfortunately arrives damaged due to shipping, please do contact us and we will be happy to provide a refund, or alternative product (please do note that due to the bespoke nature of our wreaths, we will be unable to provide a replica copy, but an alternative can be arranged).
Regretfully, we cannot offer any refund on postage fees that may have occurred.
