Heart Plaques

Aside from our faux floral wreaths we also create wooden heart plaques. These are made using either faux or dried flowers and are complete with a twine loop to hang from in your desired place. Our wooden hearts are designed to be displayed in your home, making a lovely addition to any shabby chic home décor.

All of our wooden hearts are based off of a solid wooden heart ornament measuring 15 x 20cm. We then attach our chosen florals to the heart using hot clear glue.
